David L. Hoover is a professor of English at New York University and an internationally renowned scholar in Digital Humanities. He is giving a seminar on the topic "Style and stylistics" at Stuttgart University.
Hoover's article on "The microanalysis of style variation" is warmly recommended for an advanced reading.
